Join us on 7th December for a tasty event to help people think differently about sustainable food and drink. Hear about the many ways in which Sheffield Hallam research is addressing sustainability in the food and drink sector; test your knowledge with a sustainability quiz while sampling sustainable wine and canapés; enjoy a mini tutored tasting featuring sustainable wine and whiskey.
Location: Owen Building, 12th floor presentation suite, room 1239.
Light refreshments are provided.
Please note: places are free but limited. Registration is required; deadline: 30th November.
The event is hosted by SHUFood, Sheffield Hallam University’s food research clusters, and NCEFE, the NationalCentreofExcellence for Food Engineering.
The event includes alcohol; participants must be at least 18 years of age.
